At Carlo Delicatessen, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition and within the quickest possible time.
We aim to deliver your orders within 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday, and we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. The delivery date provided is an estimate and subject to change based on courier availability.
Standard delivery charges will apply to all orders. The charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage. Please note that additional charges may apply for delivery to remote areas or for large orders.
Click & Collect
We also offer a Click & Collect service. You can place your order online and collect it from our store in Chertsey during our operating hours.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please note that perishable goods such as food and beverages cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 2-3 working days on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the refund within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
